This page covers the public site at eim.symb-iot.com. The signed-in operations console is a separate service with its own session cookie.

What this public site stores

The public pages do not set cookies and do not load third-party analytics.

If you use the contact form we receive the name, company, work email, topic and message you submit. We use that information only to reply. We do not sell it. A hidden honeypot field is used to drop automated submissions; it is not used for anything else.

If the form cannot be delivered, you can email info@symb-iot.com instead. That mailbox is also used for the same purpose.

Legal basis and retention

We process contact details to respond to a request you initiated (legitimate interest, and where needed steps prior to a contract). We keep the message only as long as the conversation requires, then delete it.

Where data is processed

SymbIoT B.V. is established in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Hosted enterprise deployments run in eu-central-1. Self-hosted deployments keep data on the customer’s infrastructure.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to processing. Write to info@symb-iot.com. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
